I have, this evening installed two more plugins to (hopefully) improve my WordPress install.
WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache
WP-Optimise is said to work well with the ActivityPub plugin.
UpdraftPlus is apparently good for backups, restores and migrations
Do you use these or any other similar plugins, let me know your thoughts!
I used to use a caching plugin and yes, my site loaded faster – however when post was edited I had to manually clear old cache in order for new version of the post to appear on site.
If it works for you – cool. Ask me if I am bovvered… 😉
@blog The caching seems to work, however the “use mastodon apps” plugin may be being affected , will dig around to see
